A. No, and for very important reasons. Over half of all web browsing is now done on mobile devices, many of which do not support Flash. Search engines also struggle to index Flash content, making Flash-based websites more difficult to find. With the advent of HTML5, Flash is quickly becoming obsolete.

A. Payment for design, installation, and training is due upon the launch of your website. Hosting and service fees will be due on a monthly basis following the launch of your website.
